Hutton Amateur Football Club Objectives

  1. To continue to develop the club in line with FA benchmarks and objectives
  2. To continue to strive for excellence in the teams that the club produces and the environment in which they learn and play
  3. To maintain the club philosophy of ensuring that the players, supporters and coaches work towards an exceptional standard of conduct at all times
  4. To Introduce a development academy in the 2008-2009 season for both boys and girls in the 6 and below age groups to introduce basic football skills, encourage a healthy lifestyle and to encourage team work. The children will then feed into the teams in the higher age group as they grow older.
  5. To put more females forward for the FA level 1 coaching qualification. (The number of females with at least FA level 1 now stands at 3).
  6. To start a ladies/girls football team under the Hutton banner – training has already started with two female coaches
  7. To encourage a wider range of groups to enjoy sport and in particular football – especially those that may not get the opportunity normally, in line with the FA “Football for All” philosophy
  8. To increase the standards of child welfare throughout the club by appointing both male and female child welfare officers
  9. To improve the facilities at the club for both players and supporters
