FOOTBALL AND COMMUNITY
Living up to being a club that works within and for the community, we put on events all throughout the year, both to help fund the club and also in partnership with local charities. Parents and players from Under 6 through to the Vets all work together to forge the Hutton FC reputation for outstanding commitment to Weston-super-Mare and beyond.
We have ongoing fundraising partnerships with Weston Hospicecare who are being supported currently by our Vets team and, of course the 4 U Mandy Jones" Charity, set up in memory of our Child Welfare Officer, Mandy jones, who sadly passed away in 2011. We have also supported other charities, including Young Minds, Sepsis UK, It's in the Bag (raising awareness of Testicular Cancer) and many, many others.
The 4U Mandy Jones charity will always have a special place in our hearts. You can also browse some of the wonderful Legends Day events that we have held over the years in memory of Mandy, where the current Under 16's plays a team of "Legends" (the term is very loosely applied).
